Please note that all of our items are made to order.
So unlike large retailers, we can only offer refunds and returns in the unlikely event that items are misprinted, damaged or defective (all items are individually quality checked).
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Returns – Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
